CSAS is not a computer program. It's an online system. It provides its services from a remote server, over the internet.
To support an online system like CSAS requires a wide ranging set of skills that most small to medium sized nonprofit agencies do not possess. At RWW Systems, we provide the server and software. We ensure the system is up, and that your data in the database remains intact. We back the data up regularly. We provide a secure login system to ensure that only you and the people you designate have access to the system and to your valuable data. And we continually upgrade CSAS based on our clients' input to provide new features and facilities.
What this means is that you can start using CSAS right now for minimal cost, and perhaps more important, with no need to hire expensive technical expertise to keep your system secure and operational.
Training: we can provide training for your staff at your location. Our experience suggests staff learn better at separate half day training sessions as opposed to a full day, as the material can be fairly heavy, and staff typically have regularly daily duties to deal with.
CSAS Pricing
- Regular service: $300 per month*
- Initial system setup**: $200
- Onsite support: $75 per hour (2 hr min)
- Onsite training: half-day course $300
- Email tech support: free***
* First month prorated for the number of days remaining, then on a calendar month basis.
** After entering your account on the CSAS system, we will meet with you and your senior people to set up your program and program areas, define reports, define a large number of system parameters based on your organizational entities, provide userids for your staff, provide some basic system usage instruction, and other fine tuning.
*** We will expect you to designate one of your staff as a technical contact, so normally requests for email support come through that person.
